Each year our instructors are hand-picked from the cream of the crop. Design instructors rotate frequently, though a few have helped out at FDC for many years.
Some instructors and supporters have included Holly Stalder, Kate Towers, Gretchen Jones, Jeffrey Sebelia, Niki Dimitris, Carey Haider, Nancy Shevlin, Jennifer Faust, Tony Peniche, Summer Gunter, Nicole Prevost, Sarah Livingstone, and many more.
Last year's instructors are now designing in Los Angeles and NYC.
Each year our Lead Design Instructor will work hand-in-hand with our Lead Sewing Instructor.
The combination of designer and sewing teacher is key to success of our program! We have many counselors for extra support as well as a few teens who return to help out after attending camp 3 years or more.
We are also very grateful to our hard-working instructors and also for parent support and donations of fashion magazines, fabrics, notions and more!
